We monitor uptime and act quickly to resolve any issues. If your hosting goes down, we’ll contact the provider and help troubleshoot.
Do unused support hours roll over?
Generally no, but we’re flexible — if you’ve had a quiet month and want to carry something over, just let us know.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, our support plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Just give 14 days’ notice.
Do you support non-WordPress websites?
